We are based approximately 25 miles from Plymouth City Centre and just over 40 miles west of Exeter, giving us a prime location from which to serve Cornwall and the South West. The property is just a few seconds from the A30 and A388 roads, allowing easy access to the entire county.

From Plymouth, head north on Saltash Road/A386 towards North Road West. At Pennycomequick Roundabout, take the third exit onto Alma Road/A386. Keep right to continue on Outload Road/A386, then use the middle lane to take the A38 slip road to Liskeard/Exeter. At Manadon Roundabout, take the first exit onto the A38 slip road to Liskeard. From here, follow the A38 and A388 to Launceston, taking the exit towards Bude/Callington/A390. At the roundabout, take the third exit and continue on to Pennygillen Way. The destination will be on your left.
If travelling from Exeter, take New North Road and St. Davids Hill to Bonhay Road/A377. From here, follow the A30 to Launceston, taking the exit for A388/B3254. From Bonhay Road, take the third exit at the roundabout onto Okehampton/Torrington/A386.
Customers travelling north-east from Truro should head north on Lemon Street towards Boscawen Street. Take Mitchell Hill and Bodmin Road to the A39. After turning right onto Treffry Road, take the A30 to Western Road in Launceston before taking the exit towards Holsworth/A388/Bude. Turn right onto Western Road (signs for Pennygillam Industrial Estate), then take the fourth exit at the roundabout. Continue onto Pennygillam Way, then turn left.
